Limited Use Requirements

The applications provided by G-Integrator, listed below:

  • G-Integrator for HubSpot
  • G-Integrator for Zoho CRM
  • G-Integrator for Zoho Books
  • G-Integrator for Shopify
  • G-Integrator for Stripe

will use and transfer information received from Google APIs exclusively in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, particularly adhering to the "Limited Use" requirements.

These commitments apply to Google user data, including raw data and data aggregated, anonymized, or derived from it. They take precedence over any general website, marketing, or information-sharing provisions elsewhere in this policy:

  1. Limited purposes. We access and use Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing integration, reporting, scheduling, and notification features that are visible and prominent in the application.
  2. Limited transfers. We transfer Google user data only with your consent as necessary to provide or improve those features, for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets after obtaining your explicit prior consent.
  3. Limited human access. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you affirmatively agree to access to specific data, access is necessary for security purposes such as investigating a bug or abuse, access is necessary to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy and other laws.
  4. No other uses. We do not sell Google user data or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. We do not use it for advertising, retargeting, personalized or interest-based ads, marketing lists, creditworthiness assessments, or lending. We do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Our employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and successors must comply with these restrictions when handling Google user data on our behalf.

Google Account Permissions and Data Use

G-Integrator connects services you authorize, such as Shopify, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, or Stripe, to Google Sheets. It processes the records, spreadsheet content, and settings needed for the tasks you choose. For example, G-Integrator for Shopify reads selected store records and writes them into your chosen spreadsheet; read-only Shopify access does not mean read-only Google Sheets access.

G-Integrator for Shopify requests the following Google OAuth permissions. The scope URLs identify the permissions shown on Google's consent screen; other editions use the permissions needed for their available features.

  • Google Account email address (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email): We access your Google email address to identify your account and manage your free trial and subscription. The address is sent to G-Integrator's backend and retained for those purposes until you request deletion. We do not add Google-sourced email addresses to MailChimp or other marketing lists.
  • Read and write spreadsheets (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets): This permission allows the app to see, edit, create, and delete spreadsheets in your Google Drive. We use it to read spreadsheet structure and content needed for your configured tasks and to insert, refresh, or replace integration results in the spreadsheets you select. The permission is broader than read-only access, but we use it only for your integration tasks, not to browse unrelated spreadsheets. Spreadsheet content is processed during execution and is not retained as a persistent copy on G-Integrator servers. Results remain in your Google Sheets until you remove them.
  • Send email on your behalf (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.send_mail): When you enable workflow email notifications, the app uses Google's mail service to send execution results or error notifications from your account to the recipients configured for the workflow. It processes the recipient addresses and notification content needed to send the message. This permission does not give the app access to read your inbox. We do not retain persistent copies of notification contents on G-Integrator servers; delivered messages remain with Google and the recipients under their respective retention practices.
  • Run when you are not present (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.scriptapp): We use Apps Script triggers to run the workflows you schedule, including refreshing spreadsheet results and sending notifications you enable, even when the spreadsheet is closed. Workflow settings include the selected spreadsheet, query, schedule, and notification preferences. Those settings and triggers remain associated with the configured workflow until you remove it. Scheduled runs use the same data and follow the same handling rules as manual runs.
  • Connect to external services (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request): The app makes outbound HTTPS requests to G-Integrator's backend and the services you connect. Requests carry the account identity, connection authorization, query settings, and, where needed for the selected edition's features, spreadsheet data required for your task. G-Integrator for Shopify retrieves Shopify records for import into Google Sheets; it does not use this permission to write spreadsheet content back to your Shopify store. Integration payloads are processed during execution rather than retained as persistent copies on G-Integrator servers. Account and diagnostic data are retained as described below.
  • Display prompts and sidebars (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui): We use this permission to display the add-on's interface inside Google Sheets so you can connect a service, select data, and configure workflows. It does not by itself grant access to additional account data. Information you enter in the interface is handled according to the feature and data categories described above.

Where Google User Data Goes

Google Sheets, Apps Script, and Google's mail service process data to run the add-on and store your spreadsheet results and delivered messages. G-Integrator's backend processes the requests needed for your selected integration. Our AWS-hosted infrastructure stores account information and diagnostic logs as described below. Connected services receive only the information necessary for the tasks you authorize, and notification recipients receive the messages you configure. We do not share Google user data with MailChimp, advertising services, or unrelated third parties.

Data transferred over external connections is protected in transit using HTTPS. We use access controls and appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect data on our infrastructure. Your spreadsheet sharing settings and chosen notification recipients determine who can access the results you create or send.

Information We Collect

Our Use of the Subscription Service

We use MailChimp for optional marketing communications only when you separately provide an email address for that purpose and opt in. Starting to use a G-Integrator application does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not transfer email addresses or other data obtained through Google APIs to MailChimp or use them for marketing, even if you authorize the add-on. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email.

“Personal Information”

This refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both free and paid, that you enter into on the Websites, and information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.

Personal Information also includes information about your computer and visits to our Websites, such as IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit, and pages viewed. Payment providers process payment information when you purchase a subscription, as described below. Integration records and spreadsheet content may contain personal or sensitive information depending on the data you choose to process; their handling is described in the Google Account Permissions and Data Use section.

"Sensitive Information"

This refers to

  • credit or debit card numbers
  • personal financial account information
  • Social Security numbers, passport numbers
  • driver's license numbers or similar personal identifiers
  • racial or ethnic origin
  • a physical or mental health condition or information
  • other employment, financial or health information.

Records obtained from connected services are integration data, not automatically Sensitive Information. They may contain sensitive information of the types listed above. We process the data you select only as necessary to perform your authorized integration tasks; do not include sensitive fields that are not needed for those tasks.

Log Files

We keep in our log files the following information about your requests:

  • Your Google ID
  • Module and fields’ names.
  • Filters’ conditions.

We use this information to troubleshoot problems. Field names and filter conditions can contain personal information, so diagnostic logs are subject to the same safeguards and Google Limited Use restrictions as other Google user data. We do not store integration response bodies, spreadsheet contents, or notification contents as persistent copies in our server logs.

We keep log files for 7 days. If an ongoing investigation requires longer retention, we keep only the relevant logs for as long as that investigation requires and delete them afterward.

We keep all log files in our secured AWS servers.

Information About Children

The G-Integrator services are not intended for or targeted at children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 16. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 16, please contact us at [email protected], so that we may delete the information.

Retention of Google user data

  • Account identity: We retain your Google email address for account identification, trial expiry, and subscription management until you request deletion, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.
  • Integration payloads: Spreadsheet data, connected-service response bodies, and notification contents are processed for execution only, without persistent copies on G-Integrator servers.
  • Workflow configuration: Settings and Apps Script triggers remain associated with the workflow until you remove it. Disable or remove scheduled workflows when you no longer want them to run.
  • Diagnostics: AWS-hosted logs containing Google ID, module and field names, and filter conditions are retained for 7 days, except for the investigation-specific extension described above.
  • Your outputs: Data written to Google Sheets remains there until you delete it. Sent notifications may remain with Google and the recipients; deleting your G-Integrator account does not delete those copies.

Revoking Access and Requesting Deletion

You can revoke G-Integrator's Google Account access at any time through Google Account third-party connections. You can also disable or remove scheduled workflows in the add-on and disconnect the external service; for Shopify, uninstall the app in your Shopify admin. Revoking authorization stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete existing records on our infrastructure or outputs in your spreadsheets.

To request deletion of account information, workflow configuration, or diagnostic data held by G-Integrator, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy: Data Deletion" and identify the Google account and G-Integrator application concerned. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or spreadsheet contents. We verify that the request is authorized before deleting the data. If applicable law requires us to retain particular records, we explain that exception and restrict their use to that obligation. Remove spreadsheet results yourself and contact notification recipients about copies they hold.

How We Use Information We Collect

Sensitive Information

We do not use sensitive information for unrelated purposes. If the integration records or spreadsheet content you select contain sensitive information, we process and transfer it only as necessary for your authorized tasks and in accordance with the restrictions, safeguards, and retention practices described in this policy. We do not sell that information or use it for advertising or marketing.

Compliance with Our Privacy Policy

We use the information we collect only in compliance with this Privacy Policy. We will never sell your Information to any third party.

In addition to the uses identified elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, we may use your Personal Information to:

The marketing, promotional, and external statistical-sharing uses below apply only to information independently provided for those purposes or collected through our website, not to Google API user data or integration contents. Google user data remains subject to the Limited Use Requirements above.

  • improve your browsing experience by personalizing the Websites and to improve the Subscription Service;
  • send information or G-Integrator content to you which we think may be of interest to you by post, email, or other means and send you marketing communications relating to our business;
  • promote the use of our services to you and share promotional and information content with you in accordance with your communication preferences;
  • provide other companies with statistical information about our users -- but this information will not be used to identify any individual user;
  • send information to you regarding changes to our Customer Terms of Service, Privacy Policy (including the Cookie Policy), or other legal agreements
  • meet legal requirements.

Customer Testimonials and Comments

We post customer testimonials and comments on our Websites, which may contain Personal Information. We obtain each customer's consent via email prior to posting the customer's name and testimonial.

Use of Payment Information

We do not collect any Payment Information. We use third-party service providers (ChargeBee and PayPal) to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

Security of your Information

We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We secure the Information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. All Information is protected using appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures.

Social Media Features

Our Website includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share Button or interactive mini-programs that run on our sites. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these features.  Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy and other policies of the companies providing them.

External Websites

Our Website provides links to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for, the content or practices of these other websites. Our provision of such links does not constitute our endorsement of these other websites, their content, their owners, or their practices. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these other websites, which are subject to any privacy and other policies they may have.

G-Integrator and its partners use cookies or similar technologies (such as web beacons) to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
