Connect Salesforce to Google Sheets
Install the add-on
Install Data Integrator for Salesforce from the Google Workspace Marketplace. After installation the add-on appears in every Google Sheets document under .
Sign in to your Salesforce org
Open . In the login dialog, choose the environment you want to connect to:
- Production — your live org (
login.salesforce.com). - Sandbox — a test or developer sandbox (
test.salesforce.com). Use this to validate pulls, uploads and workflows against sandbox data before touching production.
Click Sign In and approve the add-on on the Salesforce OAuth consent screen. We connect using the industry-standard OAuth 2.0 protocol: we never see or store your password, and you can revoke access at any time from Salesforce ().
Multiple accounts and spreadsheets
Each spreadsheet keeps its own connection, so you can link different spreadsheets to different Salesforce orgs (for example, one spreadsheet per sandbox and one for production). To switch the org a spreadsheet is connected to, simply run again and pick the other environment.
