Export Salesforce reports to Google Sheets
Pull a Salesforce report
Open to browse the reports you have access to in Salesforce, and pull a report's tabular data straight into the active sheet. Like object queries, pulled reports can be saved and refreshed on a schedule.
Convert a report to SOQL
The Salesforce Reports API only returns up to 2,000 rows per report. To go beyond that limit — or to tweak a report's logic — use :
- Pick the report in the dialog.
- The add-on reads the report's metadata (columns, filters, boolean filter logic, scope and sort order) and generates the equivalent SOQL query.
- Review the query, copy it, or run it directly as a regular data pull — with full paging, so you get all rows, not just the first 2,000. You can also paste the generated query into Get Data using SOQL to tweak it and save it as a refreshable template.
This is also a convenient way to migrate from report-based pulls to faster, filterable object queries.
Notes and limitations
- Only tabular reports convert cleanly; summary/matrix reports are converted using their detail columns.
- Custom report-type joins may require manual adjustment of the generated query.
- Row-level formulas and bucket fields exist only in the report engine and are skipped.
