MCP Integrator:
One connected finance investigation.

Your customer says “I already paid.” Your books say otherwise. Find out why—without piecing together three dashboards.

Give your AI assistant purpose-built finance tools across WooCommerce, Stripe and QuickBooks Online. Trace an order, investigate a balance and review payout differences in the same conversation.

Use your own compatible AI client. One hosted MCP endpoint. No server to deploy.

An example from the demo

“She says she paid. Why is there still a balance? And what happened to her refund?”

Separate the invoice from the refund.

QuickBooks invoice
$250 total · $100 paid · $150 open
WooCommerce order #1002
€120.50 sale · €30 partial refund

A partial payment explains the open invoice. The order refund is a separate record—not proof that the invoice was settled.

Illustrative summary of the seeded demo, not a live account view. Amounts stay in their source currencies; no currency conversion is implied.

More than access to three APIs

Connections give your AI data. Finance workflows give it a way to investigate.

An AI client connected to three separate MCP servers can query each platform. But someone still has to connect the dots: choose the records, relate orders to payments, account for fees and refunds, and decide what remains unresolved.

MCP Integrator moves that repeatable finance work into a shared tool layer. Your assistant asks for an order’s financials, a customer view or a payout reconciliation; the server coordinates the supported vendor lookups and returns structured results. The AI explains the evidence instead of having to invent the reconciliation workflow each time.

Separate vendor servers still make sense for broad platform administration. MCP Integrator is focused on the money trail between those platforms.

From question to evidence

Built for the questions that slow down your finance team.

Order financials

“What happened to the money for this order?”

Start with a WooCommerce order number or ID. Inspect order totals, payment transactions and refunds, including gateway names and transaction references.

Useful for: refund enquiries, payment questions and tracing an order without switching between systems.

Customer 360

“Has this customer actually paid?”

Look up a customer by email to bring together commerce activity and invoice standing. Compare paid, partially paid and outstanding amounts before replying to a dispute.

Useful for: accounts receivable and support teams who need context before sending another reminder.

Payout reconciliation

“Why doesn’t this payout match the sales?”

Compare supported Stripe payouts against transaction evidence. Review fees, refunds, matches and variances, with a proposed balanced journal entry.

You stay in control: reconciliation is propose-only. It does not post journal entries to QuickBooks.

Run history & unresolved variances

“What still needs my attention before close?”

Review stored unresolved payout variances for a date range. Use a reconciliation run ID to inspect its steps, outcome and any reported error.

Useful for: following up on prior reconciliation runs, not just starting another investigation from scratch.

Evidence, not forced matches. Results depend on available vendor records and supported payment flows. Unsupported cases are reported explicitly—for example, the demo’s manual Stripe payout is flagged rather than presented as reconciled.

A real-life AR-dispute scenario

A customer says she already paid and asks about a damaged-item refund. Follow an AI assistant as it checks connections, investigates her invoice balance, traces the refund and inspects a payout reconciliation outcome.

The walkthrough uses seeded development/sandbox records, not customer production data. It shows both useful answers and a case that needs manual follow-up.

Your assistant. Your accounts.

A hosted service, not another integration project.

MCP is the Model Context Protocol—the standard that lets an AI client call external tools. MCP Integrator runs the finance tools for you; your compatible AI client provides the conversation.

  1. Connect your AI client. Add the hosted MCP endpoint and complete OAuth sign-in. Your client must support remote, streamable-HTTP MCP with OAuth.
  2. Authorize your vendors. Link WooCommerce, Stripe and QuickBooks Online through the workspace connect page.
  3. Start with a finance question. Check connection status, then investigate an order, customer or payout.

Authorized connections

OAuth 2.1 for AI-client access. Authorize vendor connections without pasting vendor credentials into a chat.

Protected vendor tokens

Vendor credentials encrypted at rest with AES-256 and traffic protected by HTTPS.

Workspace isolation

Tenant-scoped access keeps your workspace’s vendor connections and finance data separate.
